This Neff T36FB41X0G induction hob is ideal for anyone making the switch from gas to induction. You’ll find cleaning is so easy with the flat glass surface of this hob. It also has great performance, with the speed, efficiency and responsiveness of induction cooking. However, the real bonus with this hob is that unlike most induction hobs it comes with a 13A plug and doesn’t need to be hard wired. We love it when keeping up with the latest innovations is such great value.
You may have heard of the many advantages of induction cooking. It works using electro magnetism, heating your cookware directly for instant control and maximum efficiency. You will need pans made with a ferrous material, such as stainless steel or cast iron – induction won’t work with copper or aluminium pans. If you’re not sure about your pans, try sticking a magnet to the bottom – if it sticks they’re good to use.
The Neff T36FB41X0G induction hob has 4 ring zones with automatic pan recognition. You’ll always be able to get the temperature just right, as each zone has 17 temperature settings. The touch-control system is easy to use, with LED displays for each zone. There are also 2-stage residual heat indicators, so you’ll always know when the hob is hot (although induction hobs don’t get as hot as ceramic ones). There is a timer for each zone, with audible alarm. For anyone with children about, there is a child lock which disables the touch-control panel. Make sure you check the instruction booklet to learn how to turn the child lock off too!
The joy of this hob is that it comes with a plug, and normally doesn’t require an electrician to fit or make alterations to your supply.
