I joined Coopers about 5 years ago and actually tried to leave – but after a brief spell in a Coopers equivalent in Brighton I am back in Bath and at Coopers.
What I think customers value about Coopers: Our phenomenal product knowledge and the fact that we genuinely care about our customers. And that they will see the same faces when they have an after sales query – or when they next need a domestic appliance.”
